Fundraising - Giving Light to a village in Salem
Jarugumalai is a small hill station in south side of Salem District of Tamil Nadu State. Two tribal villages Melur and Keelur, situated about 3,000 feet above the sea level in the hills. over 1,200 people live in this two villages in Jarugumalai in Kuralnatham panchayat.

Activity #1 : Solar Lamp
- Details: Giving Light to the people in need. There are 3 village in the hill not having adequate power supply and we from Lions Club of Salem Majestic, planning to instal 10 Solar Lamp Posts in the village in common areas.

Activity #2: Solar Water Pump
- Details: Villagers are travelling 30KM everyday, to get their water need. We from Lions Club of Salem Majestic, planning to instal 2 Solar Water Pump in the village in common areas for the benefit of public.
